At ZIP FIJI, safety is our top priority.

The following operational policies are in effect at  ZIP FIJI's  zipline courses:

• Courses are inspected each morning prior to the start of operations.

• Weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual course inspections and audits are conducted.

• Equipment usage is monitored and recorded after each use to ensure its integrity.

• Guides receive intensive training, including rescue techniques, and First Aid/CPR certification.

• Two zipline guides accompany each group of no more than 12 participants.

• All participants, including guides, wear the same type of equipment. No personal equipment is allowed on the courses.

• Participants are connected to the cables or the safety lines with lanyards at all times while on the course.

• Participants are instructed in safe zipping techniques and guides ensure that all procedures are followed throughout the course.

• One participant traverses a zipline at a time. No tandem zipping.

• Guides lead participants throughout the course and handle all equipment. This includes sending and receiving each participant between each
